Discovery & Strategy
A successful education website begins with understanding how students, parents, and schools evaluate learning opportunities. During the discovery phase, we analysed user behaviour, educational search trends, and the competitive landscape to develop a strategy aligned with the organisation’s objectives. Our approach focused on simplifying course discovery, strengthening credibility, improving accessibility, and creating a user journey that encourages workshop registrations while establishing a scalable digital foundation capable of supporting future educational programmes and online learning initiatives.
Information Architecture
Educational websites should make it easy for visitors to explore programmes, understand learning pathways, and register for courses with confidence.
